Well honey, I'm going to go to bed. I'm sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeepy and my plan is to wake up at 10 and have breakfast... good night!... ehh good morning?

Well... waking up at 10 didn't turn out soo good... We have absolutely NO food in the house, so I had a mustard sandwich... :| and a cup of tea. What a waste of my calories and life. I hate this breakfast rule!

 

My brother HAS to be the MOST ANNOYING THING IN THE WORLD! I woke up to him ramming a remote controlled big rig into my bed posts and then I went in the kitchen to get breakfast and he had pasta noodles all over the kitchen! Ahh!

 

It's a rainy looking day, but I don't think it's supposed to rain, so hopefully I can do my 30 minutes of walking outside instead of around my house, cos that would be kinda sad.

 

How is everyone else?

I'm dieting and exercising too. I'm eating only 1000 calories a day and exercising for at least half an hour every day in August...then I'll see where I am. Hope it works...I'm 5'3 and 154lbs in case anyone's wondering. Dieting sucks!!!

There is no way you can maintain a lifestyle where you are only eating 1000 calories a day. If you don't adapt a lifestyle that you can stick to for the long run, you're going to end up gaining all that weight back.

What do you mean InmannRoshi?? 1000 calories is not enough?? But I'm on weight watchers and that's how much is SAYS to eat and so that's how much I eat! I'm not the original thread starter....think you're confused....but ya...

Dieting does suck. But I'm trying to eat healthy and exercise and see where I'm at at the end of the month:p Kind of like what you're. I'm not doing weight watchers or anything, though.

Seriously, Weight Watchers' guideline is 1000 cals/day? That's pretty extreme. Its been shown in lab mammals that a extremely restrictive calorie diet can increase maximum lifespan, and humans could live to be around 120 years if they can restrict your calorie consumption to around 1200 cals/day, but not many people are able to pull it off because its so difficult. You have to milk those 1200 cals with every vitamin and mineral they are worth just to to get your body the nourishment you need.

Wondering if that lemon poppy-seed muffin or other food item is fit or fat?

Sometimes it can be hard to tell, especially with baked goods. To find out, put it to my paper towel test! It's easy and you can use it anywhere and anytime! Simply take the food and set it on a paper towel.

Canoeing at 2 mph for 1 hour burns 286 calories.

Canoeing at 4 mph for 1 hour burns 588 calories.

we need to buy those swim shoe things from Wal*mart before we go back in the lake cos I'm afraid of leeches... I need to buy ductape and a plastic wetsuit also...

I have like 5 bikes, use one of mine:(. I don't want to wear swim shoes:( or a wetsuit:( or duct tape. We could just go to the public pool :confused: .

I wish we had thought of this 2 swimming times ago :confused:. I have a Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich without mayo waiting for me in the fridge for tomorrow :love: .

You know what!? One more little outburst like this with the chicken sandwich and the bikes and... WE'RE NOT GOING TO BE FRIENDS ANYMORE!
