Mixin6 Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 So I work at the same place as my ex. She is pregnant with another guy's kid at work. Meanwhile, I've begun seeing someone else there. It's a coincidence and I'm not doing it on purpose that the new girl and I are on break at the same time and the ex happens to be there also. New girl and I carry on, laugh, and have a good time. It looks like I'm parading her around the ex but believe me, I'm not. That's something you do in high school. I can tell the ex is uncomfortable with it as she walks out of the room and comes back in a few minutes later proclaiming how happy she is by making it look like she just won the lottery or something. I'm not buying it. Anyway, the next day my girl is off and the ex sits next to me and takes a dig at me. She'll also try to get me to argue with her about her brother that I'm friends with and she is feuding with. She's pregnant. GOOD! I'm OK with that. She should be the happiest one there because she's gonna be a mom again! I know her new guy and he and I get along really well. IF I'm with someone new, why should she care? The new guy hasn't married her or things may not be going the way they should. Who knows.
flitzanu Posted October 8, 2012 Posted October 8, 2012 why are you even speaking to her? she's pregnant, you have a girlfriend. there's no need to converse with her, even at work, especially in a break room. maybe YOU and your new gf should "go on break" somewhere else instead of around your ex and none of this would be happening.
