utterer of lies Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Citation given. as requested. I just wondered because it's still an open question how much the brain continues to develop throughout life. Certainly, there is no fixed point where 'it's mature'. Brian development is never 'done'. And then there is (as always) also the question of nature vs. nurture. Also notice how she talks carefully talks about risk behavior etc. But yeah, enough side tracking... Now shut up and butt out, lizard head, we're having an adult argument here, so there. Haha, charming as always, I see.
Ninjainpajamas Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 I can't hook up with anyone else this year at least because I'm getting a little slutty :/ ! Aha!...just, nevermind...nevermind. 1

oaks Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Oh the only problem with him is that he is 20 and I'm 21, I feel like I'm robbing the cradle a little.. If this worries you then the fact that you have a tendency to worry about minor stuff like this is a bigger issue than the 1 year age "gap". Seriously, it's fine!
utterer of lies Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Oh I'm just kidding with you... I don't mean it. Now, the stuff before was ok, but this pisses me off. Insulting me (for fun or for real) on this board is fine with me, but appeasing me for making a joke about me? No.
River Rain Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 (edited) You guys....I can't tell if you're teasing each other or arguing, but it's entertaining me nevertheless. To the OP, good for you! I nearly wrote the same subject line in a post today because I met a boy on OKCupid too. Well, he's a 40-year old so a man I suppose. He seems very nice and genuine, we've been messaging for a few days now. I'm just fresh off my breakup, so I really don't want to jump into anything and find a rebound guy. He seems so nice, although one has to be cautious. I hope it works out for you. I hope it works out for me. Oh, just my opinion, I don't think you're robbing the cradle. In fact, when I was 21, I was seeing a 19 year old, and I remember having that same thought that I was robbing the cradle. I think your age gap is just fine. Edited October 7, 2012 by River Rain 1
