bob the brave Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 just curious, could you date someone with a mild but noticable non-contagious chronic disease say MS, PD or Sjogren's Syndrome for example?

FitChick Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Not all of those are debilitating. There are different degrees of disability. Ultimately, if it bothers you don't date her. 1
oaks Posted October 6, 2012 Posted October 6, 2012 just curious, could you date someone with a mild but noticable non-contagious chronic disease say MS, PD or Sjogren's Syndrome for example? A slightly less silly response to my previous one... what do you mean by "noticable"? What am I going to notice? Is it a change in physical appearance? or a change in ability to take part in certain activities? or a change in mood? or a change in sex drive? Or it's only "noticable" when you look in the medicine cabinet and see a collection of bottles? Is it something that's going to get progressively worse? I have a non-contagious chronic disease. It's usually so mild that it has no effect on my life other than remembering to take some medication. It sometimes limits what activities I can do (or the intensity to which I can do them) although this year the only impact has been that I had to make a visit to the doctor for an annual check-up and I have to remember to get more drugs when they run out (ideally before they run out). It hasn't stopped me dating, or getting dates.
