River Rain Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 There truly is nothing better than a dog for all the loving, devoted, single-pointed companionship when you need a faithful buddy to gladly occupy your time. And Pugs honestly are in a class of their own. Did you know that they're a cross-breeding offshoot of the bull-mastiff? it's true. I feel almost like a caregiver at this point because he's so old, but his only goal in life, it seems, is to make me happy and absorb all the love I give him! That's cool about the cross-breeding, I didn't know that, although it makes sense, they are so similar-looking. All I knew was that they were bred for Chinese royalty. Oh and they look like Winston Churchill, lol...that's why my first pug's name was Winston, my current pug's name is Spencer, Churchill's middle name.
