Necromancer Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 I have been seeing this when i ask a girls out and my friend. I asked out a girl and she basically told me when i called her. "wait, wont this be awkward". I: No. "i would feel more comfortable if i could take my (female friend) with me at least for the first times when we meet." I have been seeing this and what´s the problem, why can´t they just meet us guys 1 on 1 for bowling or something. Are only the younger girls like that?.
yongyong Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 If you have other options, you can tell her f-ck off. If not, just let her do that. I would talk more to her friends to make it interesting

I was just wondering if this is a bad sign or not.
Balzac Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 It is what it is. Parent rule, insecurity, previous bad experience, no way to know.
somewhat_ENTP Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 I think there are some missing details here. What is the age gap between you two? Did you have some type of previous affiliation (teacher, co-worker, etc.) between you two?
CptObvious Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 It's bad for you, that's all you have to know. Her friend is gonna decide whether or not you'll get any, and chances are, you're not. If you spend time making the friend like you, then the first bitch is gonna act as the cockblocker cause she ain't getting more attention, and she's gonna think you're a player or some ****. If you go for the first bitch like u wanted then the 2nd bitch is gonna cockblock you anyways because yknow that's just how your game is set up. She ain't gonna be sitting next to you with pom poms cheering you on kiddo, she's more like the ref that's gonna give penalties on everything she don't like about you. At the end of the night she's gonna list all that bull**** to her friend as soon as you turn the **** around to go home and fap to her facebook pics. You gon get jealousy on either side n yu ****ed either way.

Sorry bro. You lost this one. Move on to the next.
Balzac Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 OR he could enjoy his first ménage a trois and they all end the night winners. Cockblock out the back door.
2.50 a gallon Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 Or it could be for her protection, a second set of eyes. Read the news, how often does a young woman disappear, sometimes never to be seen again, sometimes body found days later, when going out on her first date with a guy?
somedude81 Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 And that's why I asked you if you were sure it's a date.
Shaun-Dro Posted October 2, 2012 Posted October 2, 2012 (edited) Or it could be for her protection, a second set of eyes. Read the news, how often does a young woman disappear, sometimes never to be seen again, sometimes body found days later, when going out on her first date with a guy? This rarely happens. The OP is failing to make the girl feel comfortable which is why she wants to deploy a friend on the date. Edited October 2, 2012 by Shaun-Dro error

I mean, bringing your friend on a date." and see what happens. I'm guessing she'll pedal backwards quickly along the lines of "oh, I didn't realise it was a date!!!! OMG!!! How silly of me!!!" Unless there's a cultural reason for her needing a chaperone then tell her, politely, to go shove the idea of bringing a friend somewhere.
Author Necromancer Posted October 2, 2012 Author Posted October 2, 2012 And that's why I asked you if you were sure it's a date. I though it was bulletproofed, since i have talked to her like 3 (small talk) times in the school, she is not in my social circle nor am i with her in class. So why would i ask her to go out with me "bowling", "Pool" something like that just as friends (when i don´t even know her). sounds pretty stupid to me. Do you really have the be that clear "You and me are going on a DATE, you know DATE?".
