You can overdo it, even if you're good looking - I would liken it to a scale. If you're like super good looking to a girl, you have more leeway to get away with showering attention on her, because it will seem more of an equal attraction to each other.

 

You have to gauge just how much she likes you and act accordingly. Furthermore, don't get too interested and invested too early. Spend time together lightly, but don't smother with your appearance.
