My ex's best friend and I are in love with each other, but my ex isn't over me?

I have an issue. I dumped my ex-girlfriend a month ago because she basically didn't put anything towards the relationship and I couldn't trust her. Around that time, her best friend came around and we basically became a couple behind her back. She's everything I ever wanted. I told my ex i liked her best friend because I wanted to make sure it was ok if I asked her out. She got really mad and jealous, and never wanted to talk to me again... seems like she cared only when I left her. I told her best friend this and I suggested we just stay friends to not affect their friendship, like she wanted. We thought about hiding the relationship, but i thought it'd be too much trouble and we'd get caught eventually, and that'd be bad, so I said we should just be friends. A few weeks later, and I'm missing her friend to the point of depression. She misses me just as much. I love her. so much. I don't know if i'm going to find someone so perfect for me ever again. Being with her is the only thing that'd make me happy now. But my ex and I are friends again because I decided to stay friends with her best friend, and I think she still loves me. She should want the best for her best friend and forgive her, but we're all around 16, I guess she isn't old enough to accept that.What do I do? Do I hide my relationship with my ex's best friend until my ex has moved on, even though she believes that best friends shouldn't date each others ex's at all? Or do i just stay friends with both of them? I want this relationship so badly... Thanks
