My ex and I dated during our Freshman year in university (which was 6 years ago) for a few weeks. We broke up pretty quickly and prematurely before anything got serious. In case if you were wondering, yes we had sex. After that we didn't talk to each other at all for 2 or 3 years. One day, 2 or 3 years ago, he wrote an email to me out of the blue. Just asking me how I was doing. We met up and caught up with each other, chatted the whole day and spent another night together. After that another period of silent. But since that meeting, we would write to each other everytime something major happens in our lives. As a result we would hear from each other every now and then. He knows things about me that a lot of people don't know and vice versa. Even though we rarely see each other, we still know what's going on in each other's life. We would meet up like every year and basically spent the whole day again. But we don't stay in constant contact. We have sex everytime >_>. I really don't know what to make out of this relationship. Perhaps we are just **** buddies, and I am just unwilling to admit this. Anyways long story short. This time he invited me to spent the whole Thanksgiving weekend with him. The difference between this time and the previous times is that its plan way in advance (usually our meet up are pretty spontaneously), and he hints that he is hoping that we would see each other more often. He also says that no matter who he dates, he always end up thinking about me and that he still has feelings for me. This is something he has never told me before. I wonder if he just want to have sex with me, or if there's something more there.
