It's a great day Love Shackers, and how many of you would like to see a science experiment with a Dr Jekyll and Ms Hyde in text form?

A little back-story. Broke up almost five months ago, was NC for about 6 weeks then pulled the complete bone-head maneuver and sent an email. Got something

back I completely wasn't ready for. Have been NC again for almost two months, as the last thing I sent the B*tch was that "we would never talk to or see each other

ever again, that I will make sure of". Anyway, we both ride road bikes and you know sooner or later we would see each other somewhere, sometime - well that sometime

was Saturday and neither one acknowledged the other, but I did get a text a couple hours later.

From her on Saturday; You sure aren't doing a good job of making sure we never run into each other. You may want to stay home on October 7th or you will have to see

me up close....oooohhhh

On October 7th there is a big bike ride here in town. I wasn't going to respond, but finally did on Monday morning, as it felt like she may want to be cool about things

so I respond with; Just admit it, you still dig me - and that's because I'm cool :-) See you on the 7th . . . . . ooohhh

To which I get this response six minutes later; No I don't stupid. That's why I cut you off because you are a drain. Just don't say anything stupid or make any references to us ever "hanging

out," or you will be sorry. Oooohhhh, burn!!!!!

An hour goes by then I get another; PS-just so that it's clear, you are also an ungrateful piece of sh*t (as you demonstrated by your attempt to insult me earlier this summer). And your

so-called friend was right on when she called you a user. That is exactly what you are. Now tell me _____, how could I possibly dig someone like that?

Now, is it just me - or does she perhaps sound like she's still a little bitter five months down the road, after she "cut me off" as she put it? Personally, I find it hilarious that she is still so

messed up over the situation, but that's just me. Anybody seen this type of switcho-chango before?

Maybe but you both seem to be immature about the whole thing.

^^^ THIS ^^^^

Why respond at all and why invoke more nastiness? What does it serve?

Yes, I do now suppose both our replies were on the immature side. And Carrie T you are correct, as it doesn't serve anything, and that's why I didn't respond initially and even second guessed myself when I hit the "send" button. Thanks guys.
