How should i handle this situation?

I went out to this girl's birthday party(She is an ex-girlfriend of a female coworker)..Prior to the party she told her ex that she wanted me to be there).They gave her my number a couple weeks ago and she always intaties text.Anyways after the party at the club we end up making out at the end of the night.Couple days later we went out on a date(in my city she drove out to shoot some pool..I bought her a couple of beers..We then go to Seven eleven and she picks out a drink.We get back to my place around midnight and i take her to my room and she she asks if we can drink outside instead.I said ok and we go outside and start walking in the mountain areas near my house and talking..All of a sudden we are french kissing for about 30 mins..i start sucking on her neck and her chest..I can tell she is getting turned on.I told her lets go back to my room and she says "I am not that easy you are going to have to work for it" and that it will take another couple dates.This really caught me off guard and i told her that she would not regret spending the night with me and that i can do it for hours and how iam really good in bed(I realize this was a mistake so within a few mins i stopped). She had to go help her friend move out so she left.But we made out again when she got into her car.I told her this to be continued and she said yes..The thing i feel like she stole the frame and has the upperhand.I went into my room with my dick hard...Where do i go from her to get this women in bed with me?The last minute resistance really through me off guard,i guess i was overy confident.I hope that is not the end my chances with her.I got her to invest in me by driving 45 mins to spend time with me but didn't get laid.How can i get the power back?I know once a woman knows she controls you are finished.Hopefully i am not there yet.

*She is also dating another women(yes she is bi) and told her about mean.She half jokingly said that she is ex military so i better look out
