I was speaking of a few I've met who felt "entitled" to the point that they should have to do nothing and the man should take on 100% of the risk. Again, it screams why these few are still single. Unless a woman is super into you or just a natural flirt I don't she's going to throw any signs or risk rejection in any way. A woman showing clear motives and tossing out signs is rare, in my experience, so it does make it hard to approach when you have absolutely no idea if she's into you or not so that adds a little to the fear factor which maybe the reason guys feel nervous approaching a girl.
