I don't know what it is, but they are always so awkward if it's their first online date and then they rarely ask me out again.

While guys that are experienced in online dating always ask me for a 2nd date since I actually look like my pictures. I don't know why that is, but I feel like I should start asking now as guys that are just getting into it seem like a waste of time.

I don't get why someone who's on a first online date would be less likely to want to go out with you again just because of that?

I am just getting into OLD and haven't went out yet, but i'd be more worried about being nervous and the girl not wanting a second date. Not the other way around.

Yea I guess in this case these guys are like oh I'm not into online dating my friends convinced me to try it....so I don't even know why they go on a date with me in the first place when they are already not looking forward to it in the first place. Freaking annoying.

I really don't know what it is, but I have much better luck with guys that went on a few dates before they get to me. Maybe it's the whole bigger better deal thing?

Ya if they aren't into it then it's different. But who wants to be with someone who just goes along so easily with what others want them to do? I am trying OLD because I want to, no one else. Might depend on the site to? I'm on eharmony. But then again guys have a bit of an advantage, because there is double the women on most sites compared to guys, so guys have a lot more to choose from.

Oh really? pretty sure it's double them men and not women from what I hear from every single guy and it's been mentioned on these forums as well.

Most are like that, but from what i've read eharmony is the opposite. I've had about 200 matches on eharmony in only a few weeks. Not complaining about the amount that's for sure.

You do know half of those people are not actual members right? I was previously on that website it didn't work out too well for me. I get like 3 dates a week from Okcupid

Because once you become a little familiar with it you figure out that the right time to ask someone out for date 2 is during date 1.

If you're not interested in dating an OLD-virgin, just ask them questions like how long they've had their account and whether they've been on any dates yet. Women ask me those things fairly often.

you really have 3 dates per week with 3 different men? are these meetup dates or real dates? do you ever go out with the same guy twice?
