I was thinking about this, this week, I happened to be wearing a Gears of War T-shirt walking down the street and then some random dude just started talking to me and wanted to exchange numbers and asked me to come to his house to play videogames which I thought was wierd and declined. But that made me think, what if I could get women to notice me by just simply wearing a shirt? Yeah I know that's unlikely, but still it did give me the idea for this thread. Anyway I was wondering how do some guys get attention and others don't? Like this one guy I'm friends with I know, he chews tobacco, loves country music, hunting, and partying and he's apparently pretty charismatic. Even though he has a girlfriend he loves telling me about all the women he's been having sex with no effort. Or like today the girl I've been trying to talk to for awhile was hitting on him, and I'm just wondering how does he do that, especially the girls hitting on him and not the other way around thing (to me that's pretty remarkable but then again my perception maybe different because I never get any female attention at all, ever in my entire life). Now this guy isn't unique as I've known a ton of guys who I notice get women to feel attracted without much visible effort.

You have to keep trying until it becomes an intrinsic part of you. Start believing in yourself. Be comfortable in yourself and augment your character with some complementary traits and supplementary characteristics. Learn better posture, learn how to be more engaging with your words, RESEARCH this stuff if it's bothering you, as I have. 2

Not sure if you can "make" them feel attracted, but you can make yourself more attractive to some women by dressing well, being well groomed, smelling nice, listening to them when you're talking, having some interests that aren't all nerdy or geeky or alcoholic, having a good work ethic (whether it's academic or career-based) and grabbing her butt on the first date.

That reminds me are people supposed to even touch each other on the first date? @ThaWholigan I have gotten better with people, and I can make friends, but sparking that primal attraction just isn't happening with me.

Some people will say things like "it wasn't a date if there wasn't a kiss." So, basically, it depends! My experience is that if someone is attracted to me they won't mind me touching their arm while on a date, but more than that is based so much on personal preference that there aren't any rules.

If a girl likes you, she will not hesitate to touch you, even if it's lightly. @ThaWholigan I have gotten better with people, and I can make friends, but sparking that primal attraction just isn't happening with me. That will come when you start to be more comfortable with the way you express yourself. When you start to talk easier, use words more expressively and even seductively, when your body language starts to improve and generally you start to radiate an energy that's impossible for your desired demographic to ignore - which you have to figure out if you want to start attracting women. The type who are likely to be interested in a man like you, and the type you are attracted and interested in, and mesh that together. Still, like I say - research this stuff, but also find ways to make yourself more comfortable with the person you are and the way you express yourself.
