My problem she's already in a relationship she want's out but wants me to commit to a relationship first, which means sex. I am seriously fighting the urge to allow this to happen. I haven't dated in a very long time, Ive never come across a match like this, I want a forever relationship, and don't want to make the wrong decision here. My female friends keep telling me that this situation is normal, and that I should just go for it. Maybe it is, but the fact that she's in a relationship throws some doubt about her being capable or even willing to truly commit. So what's your thoughts?

Sounds like she wants to have her cake and eat it too. Careful she's not using you for a fling, to make her bf jealous, or you end up in some sordid triangle. And starting off by cheating almost never seems to work out. And it sure doesn't say a whole lot about her moral compass.
