I was reading a couple of online dating profiles. I live in an area where the equine arts are quite prominent. A lot of people have their own land and acreage. This one had to make additional ammendments to profile letting the male population know how busy she is. The wierd thing is, she has no kids....so she can't be THAT busy. lol

She is i her late 40's.

She lives on a ranch, works 2 jobs, 7 days a week and has to maintain her land (mowing, weedwacking, etc). She finally made an announcement with all the emails she's received, she simply hasn't the time to keep up, and requested men simply stop emailing her.

You know what I think that' show match making services got their start as well as dating sites....it was actually RESERVED for those who had no time to go out and socialize OR spend time with friends

It was reserved for people who were married to their jobs, worked 60 to 80hr per week.

Though, I have to wonder, what's the big deal if you gave up your 2nd job? What's the big deal if you let your grass grow a little longer go on a date?

Frankly, she has no business on an OLD site. It's like women who join them to "make friends".

If you have no time to date, then don't set up a profile. Live your busy life and look to date when you have time.

If you're looking for a man or woman who is so "amazing" that it will convince you to make time for them...then good luck with that logic.

Sincere question:

Why do you make a habit of complaining about the online dating profiles of strangers? What is it to you? Obviously, this woman is not anybody you would want to meet. Why don't you just look over profiles of such women, and when you know they are not for you (or you're not for them), just stop looking, move on, and not ever give that stranger another moment of your mental energy?

Why constantly make whole threads about each one?

Why would she have an online profile? That's stupid. She is 40 and unmarried with no kids and just mows her grass all day, I doubt that she is the type of person you would want to date anyways.
