novaguy90 Posted September 12, 2012 Posted September 12, 2012 I moved into a university apartment complex 3 weeks ago. I met this girl and we were instantly attracted to one another. By the second week it was obvious we liked each other and she even told one of our neighbors she liked me. We hung out one weekend with others and she held my hand. She also spent the night that day but we didn't do anything. I asked her to come over last week and we just laid on my bed and talked about our lives. Two days ago we did the same thing and I kissed her, we both liked it. I then asked her to spend the night. She was sick with a small cough but agreed so I fell asleep. I woke up 3-4 times and every time she was wide awake. By the last time I woke up it was around 3 a.m and she said she was going to go back home so she can cough freely. I walked her to her apt and gave her another kiss. I text her yesterday trying to meet up to give her medicine I got her but she was out with her friend all day and said she wouldn't be home until late. She said all this in a nice way and even asked me about my day. Another thing I need to add is that I just got out of a 4 year relationship. My ex is a pretty successful model in NYC and the new girl knows this. My new interest told me "that's hard to compete with". Question 1: Did I mess things up by kissing her? and should I try to contact her again since I tried yesterday but was denied. I should let her contact me now right? Question 2: How do I convince her that I'm over my ex (which I am) and want her? What to say next time she brings it up? Thanks for your help! I feel like I may be over thinking all this.
