Nyla Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Just had a job interview on Tuesday. It went well; I made the interviewer laugh and passed a listening test with flying colors. At one point, I mentioned to the interviewer that if I was chosen, I have a minibreak coming up in October. I brought it up as a scheduling concern. He said: "Oh, that's fine. Training is next week and by October, you will have been on the floor for a few weeks. When you start, just remind your supervisor about your trip. Tell him you spoke to me about it..":laugh: Looks like the interviewer betrayed himself. Told me I would get a call back by the end of the week. I am going craaaaaaaaazy!!!! It seems like they want to hire me, but I don't want to get my hopes up. What do you think?
GLDheart Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 The old salesman expression applies here: "Assume the Sale" Act like you have the job. Call them back and ask what they want you to wear (Dressy or Business Casual) on your first day ;-)
