MissingHer87 Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 Hello Guys, Ive been in a relationship with a girl for around 2 years now(not LDR). However we were forced to go into a LDR because we ended up in different grad schools. Now she lives 8 hours away from me , with a time difference of 3 hours :'(. We are committed to each other , and I truly love her. I will be making every attempt to meet her during our breaks. But somehow Im scared that the distance may spoil our relation. I have this weird habit of calling her a dozen times a day ,sometimes I think , Im interfering with her studies and during other times I miss her so madly that I just need to hear her voice. :'( It would be great if anyone could suggest what I could be doing to keep this relationship alive. Also, since Im new to this country, it d be great if you could tell me the ways of sending gifts in a cheap(Im on a student budget) manner. Thanks!
justwhoiam Posted September 7, 2012 Posted September 7, 2012 What country? Anyway, chill up... you can't keep up with 12 phone calls a day... also, don't set rigid patterns, be flexible and spontaneous. Start from there.
Author MissingHer87 Posted September 7, 2012 Author Posted September 7, 2012 This is in the US. Any tips?
justwhoiam Posted September 9, 2012 Posted September 9, 2012 So you need to send gifts within the US? I guess that's not an issue, as there are plenty of options. You first need to decide what kind of stuff you'd like to send her. If you buy online, in some cases you can get the shipment for free.
Author MissingHer87 Posted September 11, 2012 Author Posted September 11, 2012 She seems distant when I talk to her. Sometimes I dont realise whether Im just asking for too much , or just asking to be spoken to . I dont really know:(
Author MissingHer87 Posted September 11, 2012 Author Posted September 11, 2012 I just know that I miss her like crazy :'(
