Whisper Posted July 20, 2004 Posted July 20, 2004 Ex broke up with me over a month ago, relationship was a year long. The past week or so he's been asking me to hang out a lot. Last night I went over to his house and we hung out, watched a movie, laughed, talked. Then about 30 minutes before it was time for me to go home, he asked for a backrub. So I gave him one. And one thing let to another and the next thing I know we're making out among other things. As far as I know, he has NO intentions of getting back together with me. The physical stuff dosen't bother me, because well, I want it too. But I'm wondering .. does he realize that what we're doing is basically a relationship without the label? If he wanted to break up with me, why does he still **want** me?

And some people connect on a physical level and bomb when they try a relationship. He wants some, it's too complicated to start over and go through courting a girl and dating her just to get laid so he calls you. Sorry to be blunt but thats the way it is. If he's making it clear he dont want you back and you know it but you want it too then whats the problem?

If you feel like he is using you and that hurts you or your self esteem in any way, then I think you should get out. BUT if you don't care and you don't mind havin a little fun for yourself then go for it. Just do what's safest for you. Also, regardless that he says he doesn't want to be with you I think after a year he's used to having you around and that's why he still wants to do the things that come with a relationship. Like I said, do whatever is safest for you.
