bdash Posted September 4, 2012 Posted September 4, 2012 I went down to a football game on a party bus this past Saturday and started hitting on a cute girl on the bus. We had a decent conversation on and off for, I would guess, 20 min and went our separate ways for the next hour or two before sitting next to each other in the stands. I was later told that she was "totally into you on the bus". As far as I could tell all we did was have a conversation. I had no idea that she liked me. The same thing was true for how I met my first girlfriend. I had no idea that she was interested in me before her roommate told me, and we had spent about 2 hours talking together before I received the feedback. Also I routinely get rejected after asking out girls who I think are interested. So clearly I am pretty bad at picking up signals. Other than a gut feeling (which seems to be failing me), how can I tell if a girl is into me?
LeoNguyen Posted September 4, 2012 Posted September 4, 2012 Some of the most common signs that a girl likes you: She's really into the conversation She tries to continues the conversation even after you stop talking She compliments you She touches you She smiles a lot She laughs at all of your jokes (no matter how lame you think it is) She's directly facing you as she's talking to you She asks you lots of questions She keeps playing with her hair Of course, if she does one of these, it doesn't automatically mean she likes you. But if you pick up 3-5 of these signals, the chances are really good that she likes you.
