Can me and my ex gf get back after 9 months of break up???

Alright i have never done this before nor i have been to this sight, please bare with me. So I was 16 (now i am going to be 18) and dates this who had everything smart, funny, understanding and really good looking

She and I date for 3 months then broke up and got back the next day. Then after that life was great. We had our few hour FB convos, we talked on the phone for hours. Basically we never had a day where didn't communicate to each other. She went to France trip for 2 weeks and she called me with her money every day from France (she had bill of 4 hundred dollars) .We knew what we liked and wanted from life. She wanted to be journalist and I wanted to be a cardiologist. We had our flaws, example got jealous when we say talking with some else, I was possessive, she had low self esteem, lacked in confidence and she was very displeased with her physical appearance. Now we dated for 1.5 years and we loved each other very much, but we started fighting and about stupid stuff then we made up few mins after. This cycle happens till she cant take it no more and decides to tell me its over, but she gives me the same "I still love you but i want us to be friends". I begged pleaded but she didnt listen. So since that point on she made it clear she would not come back. I tried calling her once a month till i hit NC. Its been 9 months of the break up, and 3 months of actual NC. Now She like 2 guys before me, one was a month after the break up, the guy wasn't interested, the second guy was your typical jock except smarter, and rich. Now they flirted for 3 months but then she decided that they won't date. Me on the other hand was was a complete mess after the break-up then i started to go to gym, got a job, work out, joined boxing and go on monthly trips and i am not currently in a relationship. So I am doing good. About few days ago i went to delete my blog this blog i made back when were dating (constant e-mails). I found that she was still following me so i said to my self " what the heck" then i go check it out, then their it was, she rambled about how her best day in life was when i met her at the airport. If she would make or write a sentence it would include me or our relationship, but she says she doesn't love me (she doesn't know i am reading this and i know i should't). Now guys i need yo help, i want to get back with my ex, and my current gf is gonna move to another state so its pretty much clear we are done. How can i get her back, i am still doing NC, but she hasn't contacted me. and this my last year in high school then i am off to different uni. i Really want her in my life, but how can i attract her back

Any suggestions besides moving on???
