quankanne Posted September 6, 2012 Posted September 6, 2012 that's a beautiful love story, Tara Maiden, the kind I think we all secretly wish for, and I'm glad you saw your parents live it :love: as I look through your posts, it strikes me how y'all talk about it being the best thing you've ever experienced/done even as you admit the rough patches. And it's very heartening to hear, because I think that's the biggest part of a successful marriage, knowing that those things can be solved somehow and that it'll be all right because your marriage is the most important thing for the both of you. I honestly believe it's what got us through our rough patches, and what makes me say "I want to be married, to him …" Be, I won't lie: You'll want to pull your hair out or want to pinch him soundly because he'll drive you nuts at some point, and you'll have those days when the communication doesn't even seem to exist, or you think to yourself, "I love him, but I want to kill him! Really really kill him!" And that's okay, because that's human nature responding to the situation. But listen to the part of you that says it's worth every single minute just to have this incredible experience with him! 1
