BetheButterfly Posted September 2, 2012 Posted September 2, 2012 ...................................... 1. Find support to help you move on, whether a counselor or a support group that can encourage you. 2. Resist depression. Find beauty in pursuing what interests you. If you like music, find music that brings sparkles to your eyes. If you like art, create! if you like cooking, bake! Do things that you enjoy. 3. Take care of yourself. Work out at least 3 times a week, even if that means going on a walk. 4. Help other people. There are many people in this world who need help. Charitable organizations greatly appreciate volunteers coming to lend a hand. Find one that interests you and make the world a better place for others! 5. Smell the roses. Nature is very important. Go at least once a month to a safe and beautiful place (with friends if you want) and enjoy the beauty of nature. If you like animals and are good with them, adopt an animal in need of a friend and home. There are so many animals in shelters who need help. Moving on takes time, but it is worth it! I hope you move on and enjoy life, because life is like a rose. Although there are thorns, there is also beauty. Please look for the beauty in life and enjoy it!!!
