lostmamba Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 Hi ladies and gentlemen, 6 weeks ago my employers hired a new girl and I took an interest in her, so I started flirting and playfully touching her. She was receptive to it and we also visited the bars a couple times while working. Throughout all this time spent with her, I realized that she is a party animal and drinks and karaokes almost everynight (including weekdays). When summer ended, I went back to school, but we continued to flirt through text almost daily. There were many things I said through text and done in person that would have implied that I was interested in her. So yesterday, after we went to lunch, I asked her to go out with me next Friday for lunch or dinner. I put lunch in there because I knew her party animal self might be busy that at night. She smiled and said maybe. After I left, she texted me again and I asked her the same question and she responded with 'neither.' At that point I responded with 'ok that's cool' and was about to end it until she came back with a 'hehe jk. Lunch most likely though.' Is this girl playing games or what? Should I draw the lines with her and confront her if she's interested or not this Friday? Or should I just end this right now and ignore her texts?

KungFuJoe Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 youre over analyzing. take her to lunch, or whatever. enjoy more time with her and see where it goes. no need to jump the gun. calm down. get to know her in a different setting and take it from there. WAY over analyzing. In fact, I sense that you and her have two very different life styles and just may not be compatible. Going to bars and karaoke is NOT even close to being a party animal.
callingyouuu Posted September 1, 2012 Posted September 1, 2012 I think she's interested in lunch, but file in the back of her mind that she's has a tendency to be... playful.
