That did get me thinking, not that I would do this for several reasons, but I'm just wondering since women in general want a "high-value" man, and I heard that women perceive men who get attention from other women as having a "higher value" than men who never get attention from other women, would pretending like you have or had a girlfriend already make you appear slightly more attractive, since obviously "someone"(your imaginary friend, that they think is real) thinks you are "hot" enough to date, and you are not just that creepy loner guy.

Act like you already have a GF and the confidence and positive energy of it will attract other people to you. This has happened to me myself.

Women approach me in bars and ask me if I have a girlfriend or if they can have my number...and I always say, "I have a girlfriend" even though I don't. I see what you are saying, the imaginary girlfriend thing probably won't be very effective for cold approaches or the bar scene, then again if women are already approaching you why are you lying about having a girlfriend?

From 5,000 dollars a night for sitting in a man's lap in a South Dakota boom town all the way to selling their avacado juice in a damn vile. If you're at the point where you're paying for fake love letters and pussy sweat probably produced between the legs of a 90 year old Gypsy, why not just get yourselves an escort? When you crave the love and touch and smell of a woman, paying for love notes is just going to leave you feeling pathetic. It goes to show you, considering there is a market for this type of thing, that men are not all about just sex. Men want affection , appreciation, and love the subtle aspects of the feminine side much more than women think. I doubt there is any service offering to write fake love letters to women for money. Men were better off when we had monogamy: the socialist and civilized distribution of women in a society. Now we're just living like gorillas where 1 man monopolizes all the women. People still marry and fall in love in the real world. You need to meet more women and see that they're real people too
