Friends or more?

Ok so this thread is about this girl who I'm kind of friends with.

 

We met this summer through mutual friends. The first few times we chilled I thought she developed a crush on me (we "cuddled" a few times, she would sink her fingers on me whenever she'd hug me, we almost kissed once). I was not very sure if I wanted to develop anything more than friends at the time. (I have lots of female friends who I am really good friends with).

 

Lately I've been thinking more and more about her. (I know it's stupid, but w.e). However we've chilled a bunch of times and neither of us has initiated anything sexual.(I'm of the thought that if something will happen, it will happen, no need to force it). We've both shared with one another a lot of our lives (i.e she says she shared with me stuff that noone knows and same with me). We talk about our past relationships / crushes, etc.

 

Now the thing is, while we've gotten more comfortable with one another, I feel the sexual tension has faded. (i.e when we hug, it's not always her initiating and she pats me on the back rather than sinking her fingers deep in my skin)

 

So I need a few other opinions on if I should keep her as a friend or more. (Having hot female friends has its own advantages).

Im thinking of calling her up to chill today, or I could just let it slide for whenever she'll be around (in a few days).
