without Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 You see all these fuss about nerd boys can't have a date? Well I actually love nerd boys. I love gamer boys I'm a gamer myself. Or I don't care about height, I actually like short guys. And the thing is whenever I'm with someone whom I can do much better but I like them, They always turn out dumping me. Or they say girls play mind games, I never do. But men have always did that to me. I try to be honest and open and I'm kind so I guess that makes people take me for granted. They're used to girls that play mind games with them or these kind of stuff. Well actually many people have told me that I should act more like I don't care about people.. Its actually true what they say, but even after so much heart breaking relationships I can't do that. Its not in my nature and I dont enjoy playing all cool and not caring Or playing mind games. Is that really bad? Answer honestly. People say its a good thing but in reality they don't think so.

I have enough problems with confusing my own thoughts without someone playing with my mind.....i prefer straight up and i prefer to be straight up so i dont confuse myself that another reason why i prefer honesty..i only prtect others from embarrassment an duncomfortable talk or actions...so i would hold back......lies are confusing .ill save my mind games for my writing poetry and i like dr suess simplicity even with that...i can turn a phrase....thats the only thing i like to twist...who in reality likes mind games tell me and i will stay away for sure..gives me headaches...i manipulate with food or try too and sometimes fail ......deb 1
ladyabstrused Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 I don't think there's anything wrong with being honest, open and kind. Just be careful about trusting people. Being kind to others doesn't mean you trust them at all. Why pretend to be someone you're not? Just be yourself. You'll attract people who genuinely like you for you. That's even better than attracting just anyone for the sake of it. 1

However, there are a lot of ****ed up people out there and the chances are, you're going to encounter at least one of them at some point. Their bad experiences from the past, seems to catch up with you, even though you played no part in it. Don't become like the rest though, it would be a shame to lose another good person to void that is modern dating. Btw, is that Tifa in your avatar? 1

Thanks, well my whole dating life I've encountered those people. And I try to remain be myself, I can't become one of them even if I try. Well even I guess that means being single or dumped everytime. Yup, she's cute, isn't she?

I'm glad to hear that, it's very easy to lose your identity, following the examples and rules of others. Haha, she's is. It's her fighting ability that won me over though 1
