CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 Who I assume to be my "ex" finally called after a week of silence. She snapped at me for questioning her being distant and told me she just wants space at times. Anyway, I was here browsing LS when her name pops up on my phone. Turns out she got pulled over last night for speeding. 40mph over the speed limit, reckless driving, and "street racing" (that part is funny which I highly doubt she was doing). She was upset and asked why bad stuff always had to happen to her. Anyway it's funny how she always calls me when life isn't fair to her. Karma is a beotch.
Author CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC Posted August 26, 2012 Author Posted August 26, 2012 (edited) P.s- No words spoken of reconciliation. If this happened before I would have said something in the convo like "So you don't talk to me for a week and now look to me for comfort when something goes wrong? That's not how relationships work. Where do we stand right now? We have talked in a week." Instead I just told her to find a public defender and ended the convo casually. Im pretty proud of myself. Im trying to take baby steps and moving away from this emotionally abusive relationship. By me not talking about our relationship at all was a big step for me. Of course I feel a little shaken up that I got to hear her voice again. But I know what I need to do to progress. Edited August 26, 2012 by CCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCC
