Ex's mum just rang me twice at 12:30 at night, I had a good relationship with my ex's parents, infact a very good one. I don't know what to do.

Uh...maybe you should answer. I'm sure you're a bit apprehensive but if the call would result in something bad, not answering won't necessarily prevent it. Sounds like it could be an emergency.
