Preppin' for another round of workouts :o Going out makes me depressed and really tired the next day. I don't know why...

Surround yourself with good people and use your time off to your advantage.

You could be writing great books or creating amazing art with all this time spent sulking.

I've remained so busy that I miss my time alone at this point. You have to do the same.

Working at the house then taking the Harley for a spin. Maybe see a movie later.

I'm off this weekend! Work usually has me work every other weekend. I have a family get together planned and then hanging out with some friends I haven't seen in a few months!

Everything is moving right along! :)

I actually went to the beach with my ex. With my son as well, I guess it was a family thing. This whole having a kid in the mix throws every for a loop. Whatever, I'm fine and happy.

Working on my music and with my band, preparing for a 5K and just enjoying life and doing what I love. She screwed up and its her problem to bare. Im actually happy she got turned down by this one guy she was seeing,it was a good feeling because now she knows how I feel. Done sulking around and feeling bad for myself. Of course I have my days but who dosn't. Everything is getting back to place and I love it.
