Why is it that everytime I hang out with my friends, say a day trip or night out, the next day I would be too exhausted to get up. My body literally shuts off and I couldn't function. I ended up sleeping the whole day. Now, this messes up with my daily workouts and diet because I tend to eat poorly the next day. Realizing today, going out kinda scares me now. I hate missing a workout. I do feel SO bad about myself today - a very unproductive, wasted day. Is this normal?
