I can't seem to do the NC thing

Ok so here it is,

I was with my ex for 8 years, see her every day of them 8 years

Now she just decided to up and leave she did the whole the relationship ain't working I need a break to find myself ect.

First week I was fine NC as she walked out b4 come bk 2-3 days later after cooling down this time no return no contact from her, she staying at her mates that is also single and I believe is influencing her, anyways then I started to panic I love her so much and I didn't know what to do did the whole begging which my head knew it was wrong but my heart took over, she weren't interested told me she was hurting but was handling it better, didnt show it thou, now all I see is she going out every weekend on the piss with these mates without a care in the world after 8 years surely she can't b so cold and have no feelings she was speaking at first but I kept on calling her as i felt th right thing was to try win her bk, now she don't text or reply to me saying she cutting all ties after I said some harsh things to her, next day I text her sorry I was out of order what I said and was wrong to put her in that situation, no reply so I started NC took me 3 days felt like **** and today text her again telling her I realised what I want in life which is her and I was selfish in the relationship and had a wake up call by her leaving me ect still no reply now I feel worse and really finding this NC hard I know I should leave her to try miss me and make her realise what she really want ain't going out every weekend getting drunk she only doing this coz it's something new we got together young she was 16 I was 17 so she aint experienced this. atm she got me where she wants but I just can't seem to forget her I love her so much and all I want to do is 4 her to tell me or at least show something?? Why is she being so cold after 8 years?? I just wanna talk to her and 4 her to realise. will she come bk I was so good for her we was good together we was talking bout moving into our own place (as we was renting at the time) and having a family now she dont want that how can she just change like that how can she feel nothing after 8 years???

She does not care. She's out banging other guys, having the time of her life.

 

You need to keep yourself busy and occupied, and start moving on and going after other girls. Nothing serious, but just take your mind off her. Also, stop contacting her in anyway or you're going to continue pushing her further away.
