heyoverhere Posted August 19, 2012 Posted August 19, 2012 Im shy around people I don't talk to often, but other than that I am all right at talking to people. I don't talk to many girls either. So any ways last year, which was my junior year of high school. I asked a girl I like to prom, which I have never really talked to except her asking me to barrow a pencil once. I walked up to her and she was smiling the entire time I was asking, but she then said sorry, but I am already going with someone. (It was her cousin.) I was sorta in shock, but was kinda happy. Since then she will just stare at the ground when walking by me. I have had someone tell me she is probably just shy. I mean Im not sure cause she talks to other guys sometimes, but I guess could still be shy around me. Now, its senior year, and she will still look at the ground when walking by me. We also have a class together, and several of her friends are in it too. She sits several people across from me in the first row. When class is over she will walk to the back of the room, and slowly walk. I guess so I can leave first. Its like she's trying not to get near me. I haven't said a word to her since asking her last year. I just really wanted some other peoples input on it. I mean is she just nervous around me, or trying to show she dislikes me? Thanks
