Finaly realised my ex was not the one - You people need to realise too!

Ive been so blinded by love lately and when i look back now it makes me so angry, im sure nearly every single one of you great people on LS who have been dumped are blinded by love and when you all realise who your ex's really where you will think that they was never the one, because if they was the one they would have never have hurt us and put us through all this pain, let me share you all my story and how i realised. All i needed was to hear or see one thing about my ex and it made me realise. In march she told me she still thought about her ex and it was made clear to me she was not over him. Lets fast forward to the june She kissed a guy behind my back, she immeditely told me right after and begged and begged me for me not to dump her, she never once told me who she kissed behind my back she said she didnt know his name which was a blatent lie, allthough she had a photo and she sent me it. I took it in all my heart to forgive her and when i did a week later i got it thrown back at me i was dumped.

 

A week after our break up she calls and tells me she wants to get back together but not just yet, so i was so happy at this point. 4 days later she changed her mind and said she doesnt want to get back together no more. Then 3 days later she called me crying saying she made a big mistake and begged me to take her back i said yes i was desperate. Then just 3 days later she changed her mind AGAIN! So i went NC with her and she broke it about 5 times since the end of july, she has been begging me to be friends and FWB. She just doesnt want me to move on, shes a very selfish girl. One time she told me about this guy she kissed at a party and she told me his first name. I was very suspicious that it was the guy she kissed behind my back.

 

Yesterday my ex put on her facebook status " Worst mistake of my life wish i never met you " my mate told me and this made me really paranoid. So my mate asked her if it was about me and she said no it was about somebody else. So my ex called me last night and told me it was about her ex, apparently her ex has been telling everyone that she has been going to his house and they have been seeing eachother. But my ex said that she has not and he is lying. But i really dont believe my ex i think she has! Maybe she has not but it just all makes sense. So i got home from work last night and by plain luck i came across this guy she kissed at a party, and he really really looks like the guy she kissed behind my back. So thats that, it pissed me off it didnt hurt me one bit. It made me realise how much a joke my ex really is and that she doesnt deserve somebody like me in her life, at this point i realised all of the other things like her leading me on twice just to throw me back down again. I dont love my ex right now, I LOVE the person she used to be. Im sure all you people feel the same but you just dont know.

 

So im planning on calling her later after work and telling her to never contact me again unless a relationship is involved now, i wouldnt just get back with her right away if she wanted too, id let her put 110% effort into it and PROVE to me that she has changed even then i dont know if id take her back. Im telling her im blanking her from now on, im also telling her how much ive realised now that i shouldnt be chasing her after all she has done to me. She is a horrible person for what she has done to me and she has messed me about so much.

 

All you people need to realise that most of your ex's are the same! Unless you cheated or done something bad for them to dump you. Its only a matter of time until you realise that you DESERVE better. If they inflict pain to you or cheat on you there really not worth it and you shouldnt be putting the effort into get them back. They should because there the ones who have hurt us, and they are the ones who have left us with permanent scars. If they was the one they would never have hurt us, and if they was the one after they hurt us they would do everything in their power to get us back. Remember that guys.

Seems like you're getting to a better place, but it's a daily battle. Tomorrow, you'll wake up, and the first thing you should say to yourself is "I don't love her, I loved who she used to be". And rethink calling her for the purpose of her not contacting you; it might seem like you want to raise drama with her, and she might just LOVE that drama. Not worth it.

Your power will come in the suprise element. Don't contact her. Just cut her out, she'll contact you after a while (they always do) and it will feel great to just hit "delete" without replying, especially because she'll know that is exactly what you have done.

I called her and told her i dont want nothing to do with her and told her im blanking her from now on. She was pretty shocked i guess she thought id never have the balls to do that. Oh well she was a bit pissed but its done now and shes the past. Now its time to look forward to the future!
