what do I need to do? Is it genetic? My abs are already bad enough as it is because they're asymetrical. My diet consists of 325g protein, 100g carbs (90% complex), 60g fats (75% from almonds).

The shape of your muscles themselves is based on genetics. Work with what you've got.

As a woman, I never do weighted oblique work because I want to have the nipped in waist of an hourglass. Women with developed obliques and abs get that boxy, straight up and down look which is unattractive and masculine, in my opinion.

My diet consists of 325g protein...

Per day?!? Wow. That seems like a lot to me. I've been trying to average about 100 grams per day. Why so much for you? or is 100 grams way too low and I should step it up?

All depends on what you are going for. If you are trying to maintain muscle mass, then its 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight. If you are trying to gain, then its best to go for 1.5g-2g per pound of body weight.

OP; do oblique cable baseball swings. Those are REALLY good for developing your obliques.

What you need to do is consult a Bodybuilding Forum, not a Dating Site Forum.

you need a stricter diet along with high intensity intervals to burn off that stubborn fat.

for example go to youtube and search for a video called

in the bathroom. I know it sounds weird but it's an intense workout I used to lose my last 3 pounds in 2 weeks that i've previously tried to lose over 5 weeks

Run (or do other cardio) and eat properly! If there is fat covering your obliques, they won't show. I do kickboxing and I can tell you chicks are always complaining that they do tons of ab work but can't see thier abs. But they have pooch bellies. Bust the fat see the abs.

At least this is what works for me; I have great obliques but couldn't see them until I lost some fat. So I started running a few miles everyday. The obliques look good. Good luck!
