TaraMaiden Posted August 18, 2012 Posted August 18, 2012 remember how i keep saying men are perpetually 9 years old? Regardless of their personal, professional and material trappings? Well, there may be some truth in it all, after all. Brains don't become fully mature until the ages of 20 - 30.... .....and girls may have a slight edge.....but even they have problems of their own! This is a lengthy, wordy and heavy article - but anyone with teenagers should seriously consider giving it a good read. it explains - EVERYTHING...... ...And this article is basically a very much abbreviated summary.... Read them both.
Author TaraMaiden Posted August 19, 2012 Author Posted August 19, 2012 I'm genuinely astonished nobody's read this thread and the links.... In view of how difficult it is to get along with teenagers, and in view of items in the news surrounding what seems to be this very issue, I'm just surprised this has had no comments....
weallfalldown Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 ok, well i've read this.....now you add to this.....i have a 15yr old daughter living with me, full time on my own. She has very complex behaivoural problems, and an emotional detachment........
Radu Posted August 27, 2012 Posted August 27, 2012 I don't know about men perpetually at 9yrs old, but brains stop developing at 25 or so. That's when we are fully mature. And women don't come into their full sexual development untill 30.
