By her standing next to him, it shows him that she is loyal... if when she does this she tilts her chin upward a bit, then there is no confusion to that theory. its a positive. As a mother i would stand over my child to protect them from harms way, never side by side of an abuser...Unless i was trying to show my abuser my loyalty to him.Like adoringly? Looking up to him? Yea she does that all the time.
