I've just started recently going clubbing, and still trying to get my confidence with woman etc. "Approaching and so fourth". What does it mean when a very attractive female is full on staring in your direction, dancing to the intensity of your dancing. She was about 5m away, no one in between us. But there was a guy standing behind her, but he was just looking around. He was at the club with her though.

Is it attractive to females, if your dancing hardcore while having fun with a mate and the "nightclub dancer" in a circle, everyone around us. Happened for about 30minutes everyone just watching us, after that i noticed chicks looking in our direction but im still not use to the whole signals. Im confident dancing like crazy, because ive been told multiple times by mates of mates at partys and in clubs that im killing it on the dancefloor. Im always sober or had maybe 2 drinks. Always designated driver and dont need alcohol to have fun, yet i got asked on the weekend if im on pills by a dude when dancing :s

I also just want to confirm, is the best way when wanting to talk to a chick, to first ask her to dance and introduce yourself with maybe the slight compliment. Im more looking for numbers then a lay, if i get an offer i wont refuse if im attracted but looking for the "shinys" in other words classy, non slutty females. Therefor i also dress in dress shoes, nice pair of blue jeans, stylish long sleave collared shirt, and my bling.

It really does depend on the girl and how good of a dancer you are.

I've seen blokes who were amazing on the dance floor and not been Able to take my eyes off them - then again I've seen ones who were pure comedy value and not been able to take my eyes off them either!

At the end of the day if you're confident in yourself and having fun that's all that counts! It definitely sounds like that girl was checking you out - even if she was there with someone else!

From my past experience it's really flattering if a bloke comes up and pays you a compliment, starts chatting briefly and then either asks you to dance or offers to buy you a drink at the bar. Make the compliments good though - if in doubt to with eyes, hair or smile :)

Have fun!!
