I ran into this buddy just the other day, we spoke and when I looked into his eyes I actually got wet. The party is in honor of our mutual friend who leaves for college in California on Thursday. I know he should really be the focus obviously but that buddy of my ex's is hawwt. Meanwhile just about two weeks ago my ex gave me an Irish clauddaugh (sp?) ring that he metal detected on the beach. He said he always pictures us together in the future. Aw-aw-aw-awk-ward.

If the buddy is a closer friend of your ex I wouldn't mess with him either. However if it's more like an acquaintance, I would suggest you try to meet him on another occasion rather than at the party with your ex.
