Okay, i think i have a problem. Every morning i wake up, and go on love shack then facebook. I check it at lest five/more times a day. Anyone do the same. It's what i do when im stressed, bored, thinking of him, or just to kill time. I feel like it's a small / big problem. It feel's like another form of not letting go of my relationship with the ex. Any thoughts?

It's the best free support group. Why wouldn't you want to be here all the time?

I guess it's just my goal after the BU was, GET A LIFE. I have no real friends, hobbies, sports. I feel like this is just another way of hiding and not getting out there.

It depends on how long you're using it. Like anything it can just be another distraction from real life, like a video game to distract you from something that needs to be taken care of.

 

Try limiting yourself to an hour max of this every day.

yes since i found out of this site, i come here everyday, it does help to have a support group like this. Join a gym or start a new sport, that is helping me through this processes i was dumped by my girl
