I live in Tennessee and am filing for divorce. My soon to be ex is now in prison.

Can he contest the divorce?

Do I have to wait the 2 month "cooling off" period? As he has been incarerated since January 4th, 2011.

 

No minor children inolved.

 

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
