What's my plan of action with this girl?

For the last 2 months, I have been seeing this really sweet girl. I actually met her when she dated my brother, about 2 years ago and they only dated for a few months, but I never talked or hung out with her during that time. Recently, I talked with her at a party and the next day she messaged me online asking if I could teach her to play poker. I vaguely remember telling her I'd teach her while she was dating my brother but never thought she would actually ask.

So, now she has requested a day off work so she can come over to my house to play cards (with play money) and watch tv. We always have a really good time and I have really started to like her but I get extremely nervous whenever I try to make a move. A million different doubts run through my head and by the end of the night, I chicken out, but she still wants to come over every week. I am actually really calm when I talk to her but physical contact freaks me out for some reason. We hug each other when she leaves but that's really the only time we have any physical contact. Could this mean that she doesn't want a relationship with me or does she just want me to make the first move? Have I already blown by chance? Does a girl really want to come over to my house like 8 times just for the joy of playing poker?

I feel like I am bias when writing this because I want her to like me but honestly, I don't know if she does. She might just think we are friends. She does start texting conversations with me and every time I start one, she's always happy to talk.

She starts school soon, and I am only going to see her one more time before she leaves. I have no idea when I will see her again. I think about her a lot and I really don't want to mess this up. I feel like the answer is obvious but I feel like I'm not thinking straight. I thank you for any advice you have to offer.

By the way, she is 18 and i'm 19. I do not think she is trying to get back together with my brother either; its just the 2 of us hanging out.

Step one before anything, is your brother okay with this?

Yes fishtaco. I have talked with him a little bit about it and he's cool with it.

Then make the move before she leaves for school.

There's a possibility she's just playing with your head. In fact, that's ALWAYS a possibility. But you just have to learn to deal with it. Don't treat it like it's a big deal.

And most likely, since both of you are so young, that this is not going to last. As soon as she goes to school (I assume far), most likely she'll meet someone else.

It is what it is. Don't take it so seriously, and just have fun. Whatever happens happens.

Okay, thanks for the advice fishtaco. I tend to over think these things. I'll try to let go and have more fun with it I guess. :)
