Disenchantedly Yours Posted August 4, 2012 Posted August 4, 2012 I think women like men much more than they like other women. I hear women complain about other women backbiting, competing and being mean to them, whereas men jump to help women out. Men open doors for women, get them coffee, pick up things they drop and generally are chivalrous to women. I know I always make an extra effort to help women out whereas with men I do much less. Why would anyone like women? Even women themselves? Everyone just likes men better. They are much better people then women are.
Author Woggle Posted August 5, 2012 Author Posted August 5, 2012 I am sorry for falling off the wagon. Some things just get me so worked up and I explode. I know it is wrong to direct that vitriol towards all women but I get vert angry about these things.
bentnotbroken Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 I apologize for slipping off the wagon. I just get wound up and it all goes downhill from there. Like I said before I am really sensitive to gender issues since it was the stick I was beaten with for a long period of my life. You didn't slip...you jumped off head first. You do realize when those other dudes "have your back" they are including your wife in that ALL phrase...right?:confused:Yet by your own observations and admissions..she is a good woman who loves you.

Yes I know they include my wife but sometimes I feel they are the only ones who are on my side. I know you guys are on my side as well but they tell me what I like to hear during those times.

True friends would refuse, as much as they hate to see you struggle. Ok, back on the wagon then. You need a Plan B for when you get worked up....something other than turning to the internet for support? 2
Author Woggle Posted August 5, 2012 Author Posted August 5, 2012 Back on the wagon for now. I truly am starting to feel I will always be like this. I just get too worked up whenever I see the slightest hint of misandry. I can't control it.
lino Posted August 5, 2012 Posted August 5, 2012 Wouldn't say 'not like' men... Rather they just don't give a **** about them one way or the other and see them as easily interchangeable objects. We can thank things like 'sex and the city' for that. Be happy that you've found a rare one that doesn't think like that. I've suggested to you once before that it's best you don't visit websites like this. It'll do you a world of good

If you want your feelings to control your thoughts it's definitely your choice to allow it. Or...you can deal with your feelings and have control over how they affect your thoughts. The choice is yours. 1

No, personally I find it easier to find faults in women because we are of the same sex. I think you know your own sex better than the opposite one does. And I also think you know when to call BS on your own sex better than the opposite one does. Don't start me off on the differences between being patriarchal/patronising and genuinely helping someone just because he or she is another human being. 1
