If anything this is for the male perspective, do you like girls who are shorter than you? Or girls that are taller than you? For me if I had to choose, I would go with shorter girls because you can stand tall over them and I am sure all girls most of them anyway love guys who are taller than them

I'm with a taller girl.

 

I haven't found any dateable women or girls at my height though - they're either in relationships or married.

Best of both worlds - the curves of the taller/bigger girl but I can still carry them over my shoulder with one arm :p

That's the one I married, but it was far more about who she was than how tall/short she was.

 

I never had much of a preference. I dated a girl who was a couple of inches taller than me. I broke up with her because she was nuts, not because of what we looked like when she wore heels.

If she's attractive it doesn't really matter. NO guy is gonna turn down a female because she's tall or short

I think my ideal height for a girl would be 5'8-5'9. I have been heavily interested in girls much smaller though, at like 5 foot 2 or 3.

I'm only 5'6 so I prefer women 5'0 to 5'8. That range includes 98% of women so I don't think I'm being too exclusionary.

oh, so youre the male spokesman now? speak for yourself. Im 6' 1" and I refuse to date woman who are tall. for me the cutoff is 168cm/ 5' 5". I have to take into consideration that she will wear heels..and she BETTER wear heels! men here are shorter than average height so there isnt much to choose from. I get a lot of messages from tall woman, but I have to turn the offer down..no matter how beautiful/tall/skinny she is.

 

all you shrimpies are so noble to want to date a tall woman. My friends who are tall as well will not date tall woman as well. I want the height advantage. please, be my guest and take my share.

 

do you realize how ridiculous it looks when a woman is seen with a short guy? she towering and leaning on you like youre her child. she's hugging and holding you HAHA. I feel sorry for her. nothing more masculine than a tall guy IMO, besides muscularity. its the number one most requested thing by woman from the profiles ive seen. I want to hold her. I want her head on my breasteses and my chin on her head. thats perfect for me.

Pretty much. Facial beauty and a warm, fun personality rank much higher on my list of preferences. I'm neutral about height.

I am 5'8" and 6' in heels. It's super attractive to me if a shorter guy not care that I am taller than him.

 

Plus there's the old saying: what does it matter? We're the same height lying down... :laugh:

I'm not insecure about you "towering over me" because I know that I am superior to you in ways that you are to me.

 

You might be dating someone, but I've been in a relationship longer than you at this point. I'll be sleeping tonight satisfied that I have done my best today.

 

Whilst I do agree that things should be, I also know the science behind it. Soon you'll tell me that it is not ok for me to be dating someone. You've already inferred ad hominem attacks and general superiority complex.

I've never seen a girl taller than me. Well, not up close. So I don't expect to be dating one anytime soon. I prefer tall girls, but they're still shorter than me.

5'8" guy here.

 

Would date a woman standing at 4'10"-5'11" or so. I see so many beautiful women who are tall and short. I could go either way in that department.

For me it's definitely the shorter, curvier dames. I'm only 5'6 so anything taller than that won't fly over well with me.

Yeah, why care about height....a woman that's 5'0" to a woman that's 6 feet tall, as long as they have a hot body, that would trump height of a woman anytime. lol
