if you work or go to school together with your ex

if there are false rumors spread all around you and your ex just took his hands off them

if you know your ex is with someone else and he/she does all the right things, you wanted to have, in his/her new relationship

if all the blame is on you

Don't you feel like a wreck? Cause I do...., although I am not sure about third point.

How do you cope???

You cope by telling yourself the biggest truth of life

"This too shall pass!!!"

I know it will pass, but I feel completely humiliated by someone who I thought loved me. I just feel ashamed of my stupidity and so many people notice.

Try talking to the ex, passing out drunk in front of you colleagues and waking up the next morning in a pool of vomit.

Try going home for some time off and the first thing your mother says, "You look sad."

Try being called idiotic in a packed boardroom because you are so lost that you cannot think of work.

Try answering the question so when is the big day when you meet colleagues from another city.

Try to answer phone calls from worried friends who think you are abusing alcohol every couple of days.

Bottomline: It's never easy. If it were none of us would be here.
