I have the baby tummy from after I had my baby and don't know. How to get rid of it can someone help please.

Have you returned to your pre-pregnancy weight? How long ago did you give birth?

I have been doing Pilates ever since I had children. The beauty of this exercise is that it tones the entire body with focus on the core muscles of your abdomen.

Keep losing weight, plenty of yoga and pilates (crunches, lots of different types of crunches and side planks). It doesn't take long to get your stomach back into shape if you're dedicated. What will take longer is for your skin to shrink back and for some women, if they gained a lot of weight during pregnancy, some can't get their skin to retract back.

 

Did this with my first pregnancy and had no problems. Will be doing this for my second pregnancy in a few months.
