Zammo25, I'm in the exact same boat my friend. We just have to ride it out till things settle more in our mind. Keep busy, be active, social, read positive books, self help stuff too. Eat good, sleep good, try as hard as possible to keep positive attitude. Trust me I know this all sounds super hard, struggling with it as I speak but trust me, things get better in time. Take it day by day and post here often.
