Keep busy, be active, social, read positive books, self help stuff too. Eat good, sleep good, try as hard as possible to keep positive attitude. Trust me I know this all sounds super hard, struggling with it as I speak but trust me, things get better in time. Take it day by day and post here often. Your not alone! 1
