I met a girl in a short class I attended and I started to like her a lot.. after the class, we kept in contact on Fb and she used to chat with me very nicely and eagerly.. After some months, I asked her if we could meet up.. she instantly said yes and even suggested a date..but afterward she suddenly disappeared from chat and stopped answering my chats...(I could see her liking pics and stuffs in the mean time )...after some days she replied to one chat and apologized saying that her chat was malfunctioning and she had been very busy..she again suggested that we meet up.. then again the repeat of disappearance episode... I "assumed" that she was not into hanging out and was avoiding me..so I gave up the ghost although it was very hard to make that decision for me coz i had feelings for her which i had never felt for another girl before...... But after 3 weeks she suddenly commented on a FB note of mine complementing me on my writing..(The topic was quite unrelated to her normal topics of interest and she normally doesnt make public comments on fb ) ... what does that mean ? I thought she was avoiding me?? Should I re establish contact with her ?
phineas Posted July 24, 2012 Posted July 24, 2012 I've dealt with women like this before. 9/10 they are a waste of time & energy. She's flaked on you twice after asking you to hang. From my point of view she just wants an ego feed, wants to be chased, or has some major baggage or even a BF. Either way I usually cut my losses & find a woman who actually wants to spend time with me. If you want to try one more time, ask for her number & call her. If you don't get a date withing a few days just remove her from FB because she is going to get damn annoying soon.

ascendotum Posted July 24, 2012 Posted July 24, 2012 I agree with these posts already, she's only in your life because of fb and she's flaked twice beacause other more important options came up.....but given you said this "i had feelings for her which i had never felt for another girl before"....go for it and ask for her number & call not txt. Despite getting waved off twice, I suspect you find she's worth the perseverance one more time. Good luck.
