Triguluous Posted July 10, 2004 Posted July 10, 2004 I just realized that I should go out on more dates. I have been sitting her pondering why I don't go out or why I don't ask anyone out. I came up with nothing. I have just been lying to myself. I am a good looking guy, kinda funny, likes to smile. I am in the process of getting my Computer Science/Mathematics Degree. I don't have a lot of money, but I make up for it in IOU's (j/k). I think I have been selling myself short. This site has helped me realize this. Thank you. I am not a player or a pimp, a rapper or a rocker, or the guy with the best looks, but I am kind and a smart. Hopefully the babes see it too. Well, that is what my mom tells me. hahah......stop.
jst4u Posted July 10, 2004 Posted July 10, 2004 That is awsome that you realized that. What has been holding you back from going out though?
capitald Posted July 10, 2004 Posted July 10, 2004 I hate to be a joykill...nah i don't...dating costs money whether you find a golddigger or not...you have to have a job that pays the bills + luxury money to date. Thats the cruel fact of life.
Author Triguluous Posted July 10, 2004 Author Posted July 10, 2004 Well i work with people that have dissabilities. Make about 350.00 per week, I also go to College full time, I have a nice vehicle, have my own place, etc. and they aren't ****ty things. I was making a joke about the IOU's. But I am usually creative with my dates, so I don't always spend alot of money just to get to know someone.
sportsloving Posted July 10, 2004 Posted July 10, 2004 Since Capitald wants to be your killjoy, I will be your light of hope . There are plenty and lots of things you can do that cost little or no money, especially with it being summertime. I hope you meet and ask out some lovely ladies and have a terrific time(s). Best wishes for you
capitald Posted July 10, 2004 Posted July 10, 2004 I feel like me and sports loving are like dre and eminem on the track "guilty conscience". Ones playing the angel on your shoulder, ones playig the devil. I am not saying who's who and who's who can switch around but that depends on you not us. In any case, remember that I am a guy and sportsloving is a girl. Girls will always tell you to go out and spend your money on girls. You, however, have to decide if that is the right decision to make at this time.
moimeme Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 Except that Sportsloving gave ideas on how NOT to spend money. Stick with the program, willya.
clia Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 Pssst....it's epiphany. Good for you -- get out there!

Author Triguluous Posted July 11, 2004 Author Posted July 11, 2004 yeah, I spelled it like that cuz I like it better than the other and I was doing it to get more attentions to this thread. hehehe but thanks for noticen, I was wondering when someone would say something. hehe
DerangedAngel Posted July 11, 2004 Posted July 11, 2004 Good luck! Just a side note: I actually enjoy cheaper, creative dates than more expensive dinners/plays. I have a much better time with guys that take the time to plan something special. For whatever reason. Even if it's because they don't have much to spend. -Deranged
